Lisa has been attending the Fawn Grove Church of the Nazarene for 9 years. Lisa is a wonderful Christian, wife, mother and friend. We are overjoyed and so thankful to have her as the Director of Children’s Ministries and Sunday School Superintendent. Lisa leads the children’s ministries team and oversees the infant/toddler nurseries and the children’s church program during morning worship services. She also coordinates Sunday School and Caravan instruction and activities. In addition Lisa also leads the Education Team and is a member of the church board.

Lisa’s hobbies and interests include reading, singing, gardening, and traveling.  Her greatest source of joy are her children. She participates with them in soccer, softball, school functions, and church functions!

“I was raised in a Baptist church and saved and baptized when I was 16. Since then, I have made wrong choices in my life, which caused me to stray from God and from the church. However, God has never given up on me. He came into my life (He chose ME!) and has stayed. He lifts me up when I’m down; He redirects me when I stray; He walks and talks with me daily.

God has changed my life by showing me the purest example of unconditional love that there will ever be. My favorite saying is “Christians aren’t perfect; just forgiven.” God knows I’m not perfect, but He forgives me and loves me anyway. For that reason, I try to be all that I can be for Him each and every day. I like to show that same unconditional love to my friends, my family, my neighbors, my community, and to my church.”
